Return and Exchange Policy

We handle all refund requests through our Live Help. We do not accept refund requests via e-mail for security reasons. If you would like to request a refund, please contact our Live Help.

All sales are final. Goods in the virtual world do not share the predicament of those in the meatspace. One is unable to receive ersatz, counterfeit nor defective merchandise in the virtual world. Therefore, we do not accept return merchandise.
If you feel that you have placed a purchase on an incorrect realm (server) or faction, please contact our Live Chat Support immediately. Provided that you are not our first time customer and we have yet processed the order due to various reasons, such as out of stock, we might switch your purchase to the correct one at the discretion of the Live Chat Support agent on duty.
