The easiest way to upload funds is to ask them from a friend which is already a Moneybookers user.
If you have a credit card, you can upload funds using your credit card, but please note that first time you use a credit card you will have to fax a scanned copy of your card and ID to Moneybookers by fax. Although this might be annoying for some users, it is very useful to combat fraud and stolen credit cards.
Another safe way to upload funds is to do a bank transfer to a moneybookers account from your country, after you signup, Moneybookers will guide in the process of doing this opperation.
